About the Villa
The villa features a spacious living room with direct access to a private pool, an elegant dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. A separate guest suite offers additional privacy, with a kitchenette, cozy sitting area and a bedroom opening directly to the pool. The lower level includes a secure Mamad and a luxury cinema room with bunk beds, ideal for families and children. Upper levels are served by an elevator and include multiple bedrooms, among them a spacious master suite, additional bedrooms, and shared and en-suite bathrooms. The villa is completed by a spectacular rooftop terrace with sea views, a lounge area, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind.

To avoid an 18% VAT charge, guests are required to provide a photo of their B2 entry slip prior to check-in.
*As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 15,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
