Cancellation Policy

Carmelo understands the needs of our guests and has set a moderate cancellation policy for all reservations:

Guests receive a full refund upon cancellation more than 14 days prior to the check-in date. In the case of cancellations or changes in booking within 14 days of the check-in date, no full or partial refund will be granted.

* The Cleaning Fee will be refunded for any reservation cancellation, regardless of the cancellation policy.

​

** Credit card payments will be charged an extra fee of 3%.

Please Note: Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Security Deposit: A specific amount of security deposit will be transferred in bank transfer or blocked on your credit card prior to your arrival. It will be released up to 5 business days after your check out date.

Damage Waiver: A small damage waiver fee of 285 shekel per reservation is charged

Breach of House Rules: To maintain a respectful and safe environment for all guests, staff, and neighbors, Carmelo Vacation Villas reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund in the case of serious or repeated violations of the house rules. This includes (but is not limited to) excessive noise, unauthorized guests, property damage, or any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community.
